All parade Entrants must be check in and lined up no later than 9:30am - Location to be announced ASAP

Location will be south of the Downtown Area 5th/Hall

The parade and all the Entrants shall move in an orderly manner from start north on 5th to Gail Avenue, turning left and will disperse after.
